User Data Control: CraftCV gives you complete control over your data. In compliance with Google Play Data Safety policies, you can request the permanent deletion of your account, tailoring history, and session data at any time.

1. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request data deletion through either of the following methods:

Method A: Email Request (Direct)

Send an email to our support team with the subject line Data Deletion Request:

Submit Deletion Request via Email

Method B: In-App Clearance

Open CraftCV > Profile > Reset Profile / Clear Data to immediately wipe your local resume information and history from your device.

2. Types of Data Deleted

Upon receiving a deletion request, CraftCV will permanently purge:

Anonymous user identity and session tokens.
Tailoring history and ATS analysis records.
Saved contact and experience draft preferences.
Ad reward intent records and temporary document reservation logs.

3. Data Retention Policy & Timelines

Processing Time: Deletion requests submitted via email are verified and processed within 30 days.
Financial Records: Transaction IDs associated with Google Play subscriptions may be retained for legally required financial and taxation compliance as mandated by applicable law and Google Play terms.
